KSG partnered with Napoleon to increase sales over the summer grilling season.

Objective

  • Run a one month blitz Sales Assist and training program whereby KSG ambassadors would activate inside of Home Depot and Canadian Tire locations during the spring BBQ buying season.
  • Also train store associates to become experts in the Napoleon line of BBQ products.
  • Go head to head with the leading competitor (Weber) and increase BBQ sales by at least 150% from the previous year.

Results

  • KSG Brand Ambassadors increased previous year’s Napoleon BBQ sales by over 225%
  • 2,500 in-field selling hours.
  • Over 450 shifts.
  • As a result of direct Store Associate training, their sales revenue increased by 350%
  • Napoleon outsold Weber products for that month by 3:1
