Neil Spivack

Co-Founder, and President of Knewsales Group, Neil Spivack has been recognized in the media, through a number of publications. Among Neil's many accomplishments in 2010 Neil was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Neil has pioneered the way in which Direct Sales has been marketed over the past 14 years taking his skills that he learnt while being a Media Buyer for a large ad agency. Neil quickly saw that traditional media didn't provide the type of ROI that clients should receive with their advertising spend.

With this information Neil launched his first business in 2002 titled Direct Sales Force. Being ahead of the curve Neil once again pioneered the Experiential industry and launched Direct Branding Force (DBF) in 2007. Once these businesses were launched they quickly got recognized as being one of the fastest growing start up businesses of its kind in North America.

Neil decided to continue on his path of growth by rebranding his companies with the Direct Sales company being titled Knewsales Group and the Experiential Marketing arm being Magnet Engagement Group .KSG and MEG are quickly becoming North America's largest face to face marketing companies.

Neil continues to put a strong focus around education by completing both the CAAP program at the Institute of Canadian Advertising (ICA) in 2002 and the Entrepreneurs Masters Program (EMP) that is run out of MIT in 2010. Neil has been an active member of a number of different industry associations. These include the American Marketing Association (AMA), Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and Young Presidents Organizations (YPO).

Mike Kuipers

Michael Kuipers, SVP Operations, is passionate about what he does and who he works with. With his remarkable selling skills and genuine charisma, Mike is one of the driving forces behind Knewsales Group.

Prior to co-founding Knewsales Group, Mike perfected his “direct” selling skills promoting Natural Gas plans door-to-door. He ran a successful discount travel company for four years and credits his clever selling techniques to his vast experience in telemarketing everything from credit products to newspapers and sunglasses.

His gift of the gab and marketing accomplishments were enhanced while completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater Acting. Mike’s varied background; enthusiasm and ingenuity give him a distinct edge when confronting the marketing needs of today’s ever-changing advertising industry.

Andrew McRae

Co-founder and MD at Knewsales Group, Andrew is a globally experienced sales and marketing specialist with a diverse portfolio comprised of success-driven business development and negotiation, direct sales and F2F fundraising expertise, consumer engagement strategy and senior relationship management. Business experience in over 20 countries within Europe, Middle East, Australia and North America. Andrew is most passionate about Strategic Planning, Brand & Marketing Strategies, Direct Sales & F2F Fundraising and Team Building & Leadership.

Michael graduated with a BCOMM from Ryerson with honours in Marketing & Communications. Michael has held senior positions in various global advertising agencies and financial institutions over the past 15 years. Saud Dastagir

Saud leads the field force operations and works alongside Senior Executives in developing strategies on how to intercept customers, increase sales and improve profitability. He directs and oversees all infield activities and ensures maximum effectiveness of the Sales force. Saud has 12 years of work experience in BPO, IT and the sales and marketing industry.

Saud has sound knowledge in evaluating foot traffic, key customer intercept locations and new business location opportunities. Saud’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Saud holds a Master of Business Administration degree. Saud’s passion is his work, family and cars.

Aspa Palamiotis

Aspa graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A in politics and history. She has been working in the marketing industry for the past six years. Prior to working with Knewsales Group, Aspa started her marketing career in market research and was a member of the market research and intelligence association. Chris Nazari

As Director of Field Operations, Chris supervises all field staff, providing direction, feedback and monitoring analysis. Prior to joining Knew Sales Group, Chris was an entrepreneur heading up an international import/export and IT firm from 1993 to 2008.

Chris offers the benefit of more than 25 years experience in international product sales, and by applying a strong expertise in long-term strategic planning with corporate institutions, he is integral in the development and implementation of numerous business projects for Knewsales Group. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and also numerous certificates in computer science.
